How to adust the reed to get punch in the highter notes???

You don’t need to, in my experience factory offsets can be played powerfully without the reed sticking. But bear in mind that your mouth and vocal tract cavity need to correspond to the much shorter wavelength of these high notes. I purse my lips more and usually accent the notes with a “t” using the tip of the tongue against the back edge of the upper front teeth. That sounds pretty punchy to me.

You will also find you get more punch if you tongue block these notes, but I find it more difficult to bend them like that.
