Ah, photos, thanks. I’m not familiar with this model variant, but it certainly looks pretty old. The lower cover appears to show the six pointed star between the hands. I would assume this instrument dates from the 1930s, but suggest that you try contacting the German Harmonica Museum to see if they’re familiar with it. They have a huge collection of old instruments and may be able to say more:
