It doesn’t seem to have the arbor electric series listed though?

Also I guessed 1970, as in the below forum post, it seemed like Hohner was making the Arbor series in Japan?

Hello, I would like to know a bit more of my new Hohner Arbor Series Stratocaster. It’s pretty old…maybe 70’s ? It has a serial number : E713660. Does somebody know something about it ? When and where made ? By who ? Thanks, Petri
