Hello! I got short time headless bass guitar. Serial number: 855135. Can You explain me - I know that’s guitar is from mai.'85. It was first year production in South Korea in Cor-Tec?
The last and probably the first owner probably didn’t want to play with active electronics. I would like to recreate the entire contents of the electronics chamber, and above all restore the potentiometers and knobs, but I don’t know how it looked originally. In addition, I plan to visit a luthier to improve the curvature of the neck, frets and necessary procedures. Could I ask for photos, a diagram with a preamp - on the net they are with 4 potentiometers, and here there are three knobs. Thanks for help!

Hi Koder
These are great guitars and still popular today. However, I don’t know if Hohner will still have this information, the guitar was after all built 40 years ago. The Service Dept. is now closed for Christmas holidays and won’t be back until January 6. I will pass on your request, but you may be better off searching online.
Regards
Steve
