I don’t know much about my Hohner Professional HP bass, so if anyone can tell me something about it… I bought it for the price of 2 CDs back in the late 80s from a pawn shop. The pickguard was smashed, the body had been stripped to bare wood and badly varnished and the pots were broken where they’d pushed through the pick guard. Serial is 8727474
are there schematics or parts lists available?

It’s a 1987 model, probably originally red. If you bought it in the late 80s in that state, it clearly lived a hard life in a few short years.

As Phil says, it was built in 1987, probably in Korea. Here the available specs from Hohner:
