Hohner spécial 20 and free lessons

Hello,
I bought a Hohner special 20 harmonica and it came with a 30 days free lessons on jamzone.
As requested, I’ve created an account but when I’m trying to upgrade to the Premium subscription and enter the coupon code, I’m receiving the answer ‘We did not recognize the coupon you’ve entered.’
This is annoying and I’m really disappointed.
Anyone to help me here?
