Information on age of harmonica

I would like any information you may have

on this harmonica… how do I attach

pics?

The Upload button (4th from right) above the field you write your post in allows you to upload pics. The first time you can only upload 1, but thereafter you can add more. Please post a photo of both upper and lower covers, the mouthpiece, and the original box if you have it.

I have no box

Thanks for the pics, that looks like a Marine Band 364 12 hole harmonica. The bottom cover has the 6-pointed star between the two hands, which means it’s pretty old. Some sources claim this indicates a pre-WW2 instrument, but this claim is disputed and some post-war instruments also appear to have this feature. As harmonicas don’t have serial numbers, it’s difficult to date them exactly, but this one was probably manufactured between the 1930s - 1950s.

Hope that helps
