Hi I have a Hohner the jack 5 custom bass. The serial number is 9001868 anyone can tell me something about this fantastic bass?

Hello, I just picked up a B Bass V s/n 9071078. I assume its made in Korea 1990, but the Hohner Historical Guitar file lists it as not manufactured until 1991. Could this be a prototype, or anything special?

Hohner Service says that some models were first listed in the year after release, so it’s likely that yours was indeed built in 1990, as the serial number suggests,
