Sorry! I meant to say HG 310 LE. 
I don’t see a signature on the label. It’s not easy to trace instruments back to individual persons. I’ll forward your enquiry and the photo to the Service Dept., but they’re on holiday until January 6.
Ah, I see that in the shadow upper right there is something which may be a signature. Still don’t know if it’s possible to know whose, the guitar is clearly fairly old as Hohner hasn’t built guitars in Japan for many years. We’ll see what Service says.
There are a few 300/310 models with signatures. The people who own them hang out at https://www.tdpri.com/threads/hohner-owners.305616/page-169 so try asking them. You should probably take a picture where the signature isn’t in deep shadow first though, it’s very hard to discern.
Hohner Service says this model was made from 1978 - 1985 in Japan and has a semi-chambered hollow body.
