When and where guitar was made

I have a Hohner Acoustic Guitar. Serial # 07951. I was wondering when and where it was manufactured.

Hohner serial numbers changed so much that they often don’t help with exact dating - it’s not like Gibsons where you can get the precise day the neck was stamped. But a five digit serial number is probably Japanese. On some models, the leading 0 would mean 1980. On others, it’s not so clear cut. Pictures would help.
